Darcie is credentialed with United Healthcare. It is the responsibility of the insured to verify coverage.

As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" for the projected cost of care. This estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your healthcare needs and treatment. This does not include unexpected costs that could arise during treatment. If you are not using insurance benefits, I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate at the beginning of services & upon request.
